GENERAL CONDITIONS CONDITIONS : The tenant, signatory of this contract, concluded for one determined period, will be able in no circumstance to prevail himself of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places with the exit of the period of hiring. Peps are not accepted. Cloths and the bathroom linen are provided. For the long stays, the maintenance of the rooms is carried out every 3 days with the request. Apart from this periods or if necessary, the small equipment of maintenance is at your disposal. The installations annex (swimming pool, swing...) are strictly reserved to the only hosts and under their whole responsibility. RESERVATIONS : The booking is closed with a confirmation by email or by phone, with a deposit of 30% of the lease or a credit card number. This within 10 day following the forwarding of the contract. For the payment of the deposit, you have two solutions : The reservation becomes firm when the tenant pays the owners an installment of 30% of the total amount of the stay and returns a copy of the signed contract. For the payment of the deposit, you have two solutions : 1) You can give us your credit card details : card name, card number, the three last number in the back of your card. All this information is necessary to confirm your booking. Your credit card my be debited by the bank in case of cancellation less than one month before the beginning of your stay. CANCELLATION : In case of cancellation by the tenant less than one month before the stay, the deposite will be considered as lost. If the tenant terminates for any reason whatsoever his stay 15 days before arrival or during his stay, the entire balance of your stay will be given. Unless the owner finds another tenant for the same period and same price. Once the stay is started and in case of cancellation during the stay, the total amount will have to be payed. PAYEMENT : At the end of the stay, the pay of the hiringt will be paid by the customer by bank check or in cash. TAXES : There is no visitor's tax. INSURANCES : The tenant attests to be covered by an insurance civil liability covering his responsibility. SWIMMING POOL : The swimming pool is at selt The swimming pool is not looked after, our bed and breakfast declines any responsability in cas of trouble or incident inside the pool site. Children on their own are not admitted by the pool.
